| Principles of Corporate Finance by Brealy Myers and Allen This is one of my textbooks of choice for learning corporate finance. It is an investment for a student of finance as in addition to being a good textbook it will be an invaluable resource at critical moments in your future when you need to look up how to think about or do something related to finance. There is also a very useful Solution Manual for those you want solutions to all of the end of chapter problems. There is also a Study Guide for those who need a little more help in working through the concepts. | 
| Fundamentals of Corporate Finance 5th Ed by Ross, Westerfield , and Jordan This is another market leader in principles of corporate finance. More focus ed on valuation and management issues. |

| Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies, 3rd Edition by McKinsey & Company Inc., Tom Copeland, Tim Koller, Jack Murrin This is one of the most widely used manuals on valuation. It covers all sorts of issues and has a few chapters on valuing foreign operations and foreign companies. | 
| Real Options: A Practitioner's Guide by Tom Copeland and Vladimir Antikarov A popular book on the concepts and issues of real options. A great read for those with some basic knowledge of finance. |

| Multinational Financial Management by Alan C. Shapiro This is a good all- around book on international financial management and basics of international markets. But pass over the section on international capital budgeting. |

It looks at both the economic determinants of prices, price changes and price relationships as well as the policy issues for both business and government actors. |
